Our desire is that your stay at Snowed Inn be as comfortable as possible. As you enter the Inn you will find the formal dining area. Help yourself to complementary sodas, juice, or water in the refrigerator. There is a microwave with popcorn available for you as well. Complementary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and hot
cider are available throughout the day.
The Inn has a private entrance, private baths, and a balcony off of your suite. Between the suites you will find a common area. You can snuggle up with a good book, play games, or do a puzzle.
Relax on the Victorian porch, picnic on the grounds or pack a basket and visit Independence Mine at Hatcher Pass. You can dip your fishing line in one of several lakes just minutes from the Inn. Walking/biking trails are close to the Inn as well. Snowed Inn is the perfect base for day trips to Talkeetna, the Matanuska Glacier, Seward, Whittier, or Anchorage.
There are excellent restaurants close to the Inn.

For the comfort of all our guests, Snowed Inn is an alcohol and smoke free
residence. An outdoor
smoking area is available for our smoking guests. We do
not permit pets, but would be happy to assist you in locating
local boarding for your animal.
